John Lagora alias “Tim Wucherpfennig” was born in 1981 in Oberhausen (Ruhr-Area). Thanks to his older brother ,he got infected by electronic music in the age of 11. Listening to old BFBs-based mix tapes of “Steve Mason” was getting his favourite activity. The fast discovery of the darker & harder side of electronic music resulted in starting loving hardcore and rave tunes. With the longlasting consumption of the electronic drug,the beats became slower,softer and more experimental for him. In 1995 he got in possesion of the music software “magix musicmaker 1.0″,which animates him to do early attempts at walking in the world of music. But very quick he was bored by premade sample collections and looked for new ways,his solution was like that: “I need synthies!” So he went for it and the program “Fruity Loops” (today known as “FL Studio”) put things right for John. After a few years dealing with the new software,he started to do his first own stuff. These early steps resulted in his first releases on respected and well-known netlabels,like alquimia,rumpfunk records and zimmer in the year 2006. John received his first positive resonances on these releases from all over the world. Releasing on Netlabels persisted for 1 year,he wanted to go that way and got encouraged by criticisms. In the time of new media-technology,digital platforms like “Beatport & Juno” gave him the chance to release music on a way more seriously and professionally. First releases appeared,caught on and gave him that kind of feedback,he needed to go on with what he..s in love: making music! In 2008 John could realise the ne plus ultra of every electronic music producer: releasing on the black beauty,the vinyl record!!! His primary dream of doing music was overtaken and he had the ability to play his own records on gigs.

With consistent studio output and live sets over the last four years, 2010 looks set to be their year, with Dj’s including Loco Dice and Steve Lawler heavily strengthening their profile with huge support in their backbeat of warm-swung loops that drift towards the sounds of early house and never fail to unwind with a looped combination of stunning tones, subtle synths and intricate drums. Riding high on the techno scene’s recent climate change with grooves that twist and turn each bar yet never loose the consistent grasping control over your body’s lower torso; Livio and Roby have been producing percussive prompted beats with a natural European zest long before the majority of today’s techno dj’s ripped back the parched electronic layer to reveal a more organic house sound. Displaying exceptional production skills, early releases and remixes appeared on Lawler’s Global Underground “Lights out 3″ and “Viva” compilations. On top of clearly knowing their way around a pair of turntables, 2007 followed with releases thick and fast; the classic simplicity of their gritty underground sound, assembled into increasingly energetic tracks made Livio and Roby one of the most visible names of the deep house resurgence. 2008 saw the pair share the turntables alongside Loco Dice in Romania resulting in the ultimate testament to their musical talent. Dice welcomed Livio and Roby into his community of creativeness, promptly inviting then to join both his booking agency Artist Alife and much applauded label Desolat where they went on to release “Mistique” in collaboration with their pal George G. From their early appearance in the booth with Loco Dice and Martin Buttich at Cocoons Ibiza residency to recent singles on Nick Curly’s Cecille imprint, the two Romania producers have built quite a reputation for themselves that really justifies the heavy hype that’s been surrounding them of late. Labels including Viva Music, Cecille and Loco Dice’s eminent Desolat have welcomed the deep duo to explore a now signature sound, that’s awash in the beats that made many of us fall for house in the first place. Exercising their persistent reference to a winning Chicago and Detroit compound, sitting on the deep, percussive side of house has earned them their respected place in the often tangled and disjointed electronic scene.

The artistic union between Mattia Saviolo and Eugenio Zampieri is consolidated years ago, thanks to the common passion for electronic music, especially for “Techno-Minimal” music, that helps them to obtain notoriety as young producers and Djs at local and international level. In this way they can share the consolle with artists such as Phil Kieran, Par Grindvik, Fabrizio Maurizi, Gel Abril, Joseph Capriati. They release “Maybe 64” Ep for Polar Noise, one of the most important labels of the electronic music in Italy. Later on they decide to revise their music adding Deeper and Tech-House’s sounds. This change brings them under the spotlight at last: they release a various artist on “Inmotion Music” and the bomb “Groover Ep” on Carlo Lio’s label (Rawthentic Music). In the meantime other secret tracks have been played and supported by Djs such as Dubfire, Butch, Loco Dice, Tini. It’s certainly that in a short time Macromism will form part of the Italian most famous Djs.

Reboot, aka Frank Heinrich, the 30-year-old Frankfurt musician, started releasing tracks for Combi.int and i220 with his former partner Delle in the duo Delle-Heinrich. Launched only a year ago, Frank’s Reboot project is so far responsible for the well-received “Charlotte” for Frankfurt’s Below label as well as recent remixes for Greek duo Lemos & Kreon, on Be-Chosen and Below. His productions are dedicated to grooves both darkly emphatic and dazzlingly polyrhythmic. Where “Charlotte” was suffused with sweetness and light and tentative time-keeping, Reboot’s debut EP for Cadenza Records was released in January 2008 and is considerably darker. A Remix work for Wareika on Connaisseur Recordings followed in February. Up next will be Remixes for Matthias Tanzmann , Guy Gerber and many others. The next Reboot EP is to be expected in summer 2008. Besides that, he started two new Projects. “Sweet Spot” is a project with Vera, the well known Frankfurt Djane. “Lakeof” is a project with DJ Meat, the owner of the Freebase Recordshop. First EP`s and remix works will be released in summer on labels like Cadenza Records or Klang Recordings. Frank’s most convincing arguments are his stunning live performances and his DJ-sets. His live sets can be described as sexy and pumping. His DJ sets incorporate the whole spectrum from deep minimal sounds to driving electronic-tech vibes and oldshool House. For the last years Frank has been a regular feature on the electronic dance music scene in Europe playing at clubs such as Cocoon Club, Panoramabar, Club 11, Sueno, Spartacus and many more. In the era of digital revolution, the geography of individual stories draws the lines which blend cultures, lifestyles and different rhythms. Yaya’s geography unravels on three essential cardinal points: Benin, where the roots of his African blood come from, Torino and Ibiza, places of training and achievements. Within Yaya’s electronic work, the echoes of his aphrodisiac background, of a clearly tribal African nature, mix with the sunny Balearic rhythms of new house, deepened through several summers in Ibiza. Yaya grew up in Torino, in the resonant Babylon which was his home, where the rhythms of his father’s drums, singer and leading voice of the renowned group M’bamina, ensemble lining up Italian musicians coming from Zaire, Cameroon and Benin, prophesied a multi-ethnic Italy. With rhythm in his blood, Yaya approaches the sound turmoil which is setting the kinetic nights of Torino’s underground on fire and falls in love with electronic music. Like a child lost in the minimal wave overcoming the techno house scores, Yaya spent his summers in the mid 2000s within Ibiza’s electronic ferment. On the white Island his vivacity lead him to play at several afterhours and his musical assertiveness, reflecting his heterogeneous origins, allowed him to be noticed by the enterpreneurs of the white island’s big electronic circus. An electronic mix combining a full commitment towards all techno house dialogue’s horizons seasoned with tribal influences soaked with an intrusive sound of Italian demand: this is the identikit of the afro-sabaudian lion’s sound. Yaya became part of the Zoo Project in the summer of 2009; the following winter, on Friday nights next to the river Po, Yaya’s roar sets the nights on fire during his slot at Savana Potente. In the afternoons, Yaya spends hours mixing synths of his hybrid sound, storing up a vast library of tracks. The arias of Yaya’s scores reach the ears of Loco Dice, who falls in love with the Afro Latin rumba of Fresca de l’Agua and decides to record the Vecute ep. Yaya thus becomes part of the Desolat family. In December 2009 Do you know Telespalla? is his track in the Desolat X Sampler, double vinyl signed by all the artists of the German academy: Loco Dice, Martin Buttrich, tINI, Guti, Livio & Roby. In 2010, thanks to Desolat and Zoo project, Yaya lands in the big meccas of European electronic music: Miami Music Conference, Sonar Barcelona, Fabric London, the Iarmaroc Fest in Romania, the Bermuda festival in Berlin, Goa in Barcelona , Sankeys in Manchester, Mint in Leeds, Silo in Liverpool, Mad in Lousanne, Cocoricò, Magazzini Generali in Italy… In the 2010 summer season in Ibiza, Yaya plays weekly with his residency at the Zoo Project, at the We Love Savana Potente at Space on August 15, and at Ushuaia at the tINI & the gang during Desolat’s Wednesday. During Autumn 2010 Yaya spends his weekends alternating between the Independent Republic of Savana Potente, his gigs around Europe and playing often with Loco Dice around Italy. For Christmas 2010 Loco Dice puts the second Desolat X Sampler under the tree in the Desolat offices of Hoffeld Strasse in Dusseldorf: Talk to your heart is Yaya’s track, which fulfills the work of the Desolat ensemble, set up by Dice, Martin Buttrich, Guti, Livio & Roby and which features the collaboration of big names with guests such as: Dj Sneak, Frank Roger, George G. ( third member of Prominesku together with Livio & Roby) and Audiofly (who sign their track together with Guti). The new decade sees Yousef consolidating his status as an international DJ, Producer, Club Promoter and Music aficionado with ever greater impact. Running one of Europe’s premier clubnights co-exists alongside manning a record label of the same name, whilst his reputation as a DJ grows with increasing stature and a constantly escalating global calendar. His productions continue to leave an indelible imprint on the world; the release of second artist album ‘Indigo Child’, the follow-up to 2009’s impressive LP ‘A Collection of scars and situations’, is scheduled for later on in 2011. Born in 1978, Luciano is a DJ since 1993 and a producer since 1997. In the mid-90’s, he was promoting Sense Club and Encuentros con la Technocultura in Santiago de Chile in the company of many initiators of the Latin American electronic music scene: Senor Coconut AKA Atom Heart, Ricardo Villalobos, Dandy Jack & brother Adrian Schopf, Washington Miranda, Argenix Brito, Microman etc. He’s played radio stations and DJed clubs & events in Santiago and Latin America, Germany, Spain & Holland, settling in Switzerland in 2000 to release on Mental Groove Records in Geneva, where he also holds a residency at the Weetamix club. His releases appear on the Transmat, Perlon, Lo-Fi Stereo, Bruchstuecke and Klang Elektronik record labels. Luciano’s mixed Swiss & Chilean identity shows in his music, a somewhat mystical blend of deep techno & electro that integrates southern elements in rhythms and colorful patterns in sound. His collaborations with Ricardo Villalobos (Playhouse, Perlon, Warp, Force Inc etc.) as Sense Club are especially rewarding, as is his partnership with Pier Bucci and Argenix Brito as Monne Automne. Questions:

1. Tell, please,if it is not a secret what programs and the additional equipment are u using?

I mainly use Ableton Live for all my productions. This incredible DAW software, let’s you edit, manipulate, create, mix and alter audio completely. This is a big part of my productions as i love to experiment with different sounds in order to create a new one. I don’t limit myself to this software alone. I use Logic Pro to extend my production, get ideas, and experiment with its synths and sounds. I also use Pro tools, an amazing DAW, strategically for automation, editing and mixing. Each has their advantage over the other, so I alter between them to get more ideas while producing.

2. Tell about some ridiculous situation during your performance or tours?

A ridiculous situation presented during my performance was a blackout during the middle of my set.  All the power shutdown and it was pitch black for a couple of minutes, which completely killed the vibe and ruined my set, but troubleshooting and dealing with these kinds of situations are part of the gig and I was able to quickly and successfully, recover from it and keep the party going.

3. Do you prefer vinyl or CD?

I perform with CDs, but i prefer vinyl.  Vinyl emits a brighter, fuller, and a less compressed sound. i love the raspy, crackle, classic noise,  that vinyl produces. I use and experiment with this sound in many of my productions.

5. What kind of music do u prefer to listen exept EDM? (genres,arstists)

I pretty much listen to Electronic Music 24/7, but there are some moments where i like to listen to chill out music with a lot of melodies and harmonies. It gives me inspiration to create new, very rare melodies. Furthermore, I enjoy a couple of tracks from Coldplay for example the track, “Fix You”. This is an amazing track with an incredible vocal and melodies. The Killers are a great band as well. I also enjoy, the old school hip hop such as, Tupac, Biggie, Ice Cube, NWA among others.

6. Tell us little about your future plans? (gigs\releases etc)

At the moment I’m mainly focusing in my productions, with a few gigs on the side but primarily concentrating in my upcoming releases. My next EP is scheduled to be released around November, which includes 4 original tracks; Deimos, Elenin, Leto, Leto Dub mix (3 Days of Night EP) A side from that i have a remix that i just finished for Santos -” Primitive Cannible”, which will be a part of a special 3 part compilation in Monique Musique. The first remixes to be release are by the very talented Shlomi Aber and Emmanuel, followed by other surprise remixers and myself.  It is going to be a very unique, special compilation on Monique Musique.

The best DJs know that Djing is first about being able to read people and then about being able to tap into that human experience and take it on a journey. Sasha has always been noted for being a master at this, and although his style is described as “Progressive Trance” with a good presence of House and break beat elements; his music has always reached beyond those record store titles, thus separating him from his contemporaries. Sasha creates and plays music that gives emotion a chance to speak. It is this universal appeal that he has tapped into that has established his strong fanbase around the globe.

This ability to capture sounds on a universal level was most recently called upon when he was asked to write all the music for Sony Playstation¹s biggest game release of 1999, “Wipeout 3″. Sasha wrote 5 original tracks to soundscape the game. “Wipeout 3″ won not only the best racing game award, but best game of the whole show.

His special touch has also recently been called upon by The Chemical Brothers, who singled him out as the only artist asked to remix a track (”Out Of Control”) from their new album. “I just dubbed it out to a style like I would play, the elements and sounds that the Chems used were so good that I didn’t want to change them at all”, Sasha reports on making the mix. Sasha’s resume of chart topping remixes also earned him a request from Madonna in 1998 when he was asked to remix “Ray Of Light” and “Substitute For Love/ Drowned World”.

Do not be mistaken, this kind of recognition does not happen overnight. Born and raised in a small town in Wales, Sasha was exposed to Motown records when he was just a baby and it was in the home that his talent for playing the piano was developed. His first exposure to house music was at Manchester’s Hacienda; just as dance music exploded into the summer of love. This impact encouraged his move from Wales to Manchester. His first exploration into Djing was when a DJ in a local pub announced he was looking for people to play club dates. Sasha volunteered and now says that he “had about 30 records and basically just blagged it”.

After honing his deck technique, Sasha’s first big break came when he was offered a residency at Stokes legendary club Shelly¹s. When all the other DJ’s were playing US House, Sasha’s style was much more uplifting, and he encapsulated clubbers with his mixture of piano led Italian House whilst playing acapella tracks over the top. This combination alongside a wide variety of anthems kept dancefloors full and elevated Sasha to hero status.

Shelly¹s was the launch pad for the residency at Renaissance, where Sasha created his niche and helped forge a new style in UK house music. At Renaissance two major things happened; Sasha mixed the first ever UK DJ mix album and he met John Digweed which cemented the partnership known as “Northern Exposure”. Over the past couple of years, Sasha and John have played together on five continents, have mixed 3 “Northern Exposure” albums which have sold to over 1 million people worldwide.

This special brother like relationship that Sasha and Digweed have on the decks, is what landed them the monthly residency at New York¹s “Twilo”, following in the footsteps of Vasquez and Tenaglia. This residency reached cult status in New York, until the closing of Twilo in 2001.

Although Sasha has clearly reached a celebrity status, it¹s his generous personality, his love for his peers and of course his completely candid humour that has enabled him to maintain such a likeable high profile in the often-fickle world of club culture. Always one to share what comes his way, Sasha invited long time friend and collaborator BT to take part in what he called “one of the most amazing musical experiences in my life”. He is referring to his experience out at Peter Gabrielle¹s Real World studio in 1998 where Sasha explains in a mixer article, “we were in there for a week and were just going to do one track (during Real World¹s annual recording week where artists from all over the world are invited to Bath to record at the famous studios). “There were so many talented musicians around and the vibe down there was incredible. People were walking in, hitting things, strumming things, and slapping their goats! There were mad African people everywhere. We ended up recording five tracks and finishing four”.

Since then of course, Sasha has gone from DJ to superstar status in America, where “Sarsha” is a household name for many teenagers and his and John’s residency has continued to provide the launchpad for British dance music into New York and beyond. The sound of Twilo: deep, pumping late night .h.o.u.s.e. is encapsulated on ‘Communicate’, Sasha and John’s joint mix album for INCredible. Modern club anthems like Trancesetters ‘Roaches’ and Trisco’s Muzak all blended in the late night, early morning way that New York’s clubbers have come know and love.

For Sasha, music is his first love, and what gives him a buzz is being able to share his music with others. From his presence at those all too talked about after hour parties where his special impromptu sets are heard, to his signature always present child like antics that leave people wondering if he has modelled his life after Peter Pan, to his DJ sets at clubs around the world, all lined with the backdrop of his own productions, Sasha leaves trails of memories, melodies and stories wherever he goes. These are the things that have been, and will continue to be remembered and passed on for years. And that is what legends are made of.

Fabiano Bion has been a dj and producer since 2004. His tracks and his dj sets are appreciated for their originality and for the high emotional strenght. His musical background combined with the passion for minimal sounds are mixed into a mash that starts from deep and house, through techno to minimal music. The young carreer of Fabiano Bion have already counted many successes and collaborations, also abroad that have increased his popularity. In march 2009 was guest at WMC (Winter Music Conference) with his “live act”, in the “talent sessions” from around the world. Fabiano Bion has been scheduled in the official programme of the WMC. Fabiano Bion played in the best clubs in Italy and the world famous City Hall, Club 242 and Fellini in Barcellona (SP), to Zucker in Bremen (DE) and Pincode in Tessin (CH). Fabiano achieved a fairly good success in Bulgary, thanks to the attending for three years at the S.E.E.M.E. (South - East European Electronic Music Festival) in Sofia, where he’s been invited to play at the promo sets and officials parties of the festival. Then he plays in the best clubs of Bulgary from Cacao Beach (Sunny Beach - Black Sea), Plazma (Plovdiv) to Escape (Sofia)and Biju (Pleven). Fabiano Bion is part of “Big Box” project, started in 2008 from the meeting of djs from Spain and Italy. The goal of Big Box is to promote the exchange of different european realities and musical scenes in order to grow up everybody experience. Fabiano Bion is also part of Emokey with Stevie Hawk dj. The project’s intent is to performe in an alternative way with two djs in consolle mixing their own songs, loops and beats making every time a unique set and eyes-catching effect. Fabiano Bion’s first Ep is “Unquiet Living” (DJRevenge) and contains the tracks Unquiet Living and Happy Birds. This latter has been featured on Trackitdown.net. The second work of Fabiano Bion is “Happy Birthday Barbie Ep” (Seta Label) with the tracks: Happy Birthday Barbie, Minishoes, KaKao and The Power Of Papaya. “Minishoes” has been selected for a compilation mixed for the specialized magazine DJMag while “Kakao” has been for many weeks in the top list of the Italian Label Chart.

PACO OSUNA was born in Barcelona. His passion for music started out when he was very young, at the tender age of 14 he was part of a regular crowd at Studio 54, where the most charismatic dj, Raul Orellana, was spinning Acid House, marking Paco in the way of understanding djing. In ‘94 Paco moved to Valencia where he had his first contact with the decks as a hobby. In ‘95 Paco made his first dj set as a professional at the ACTV club, where he gained a year residency. After that, he started playing in many different clubs including Heaven and Universal. In the meanwhile he worked in a record shop, where he got access to a recording studio in which he produced three singles for the label Lucas Records. In ‘99 he got a residency at Amnesia in Ibiza. There he had the brilliant opportunity to be line up with the biggest djs and could learn the different styles looking to build his own. Amnesia was also the place where Paco got in touch with the person who most influenced his future as much personally as professionally, Sven Väth, who soon discovered Paco to be very talented and introduced him in his Cocoon Booking agency. Paco was the frist Spanish dj to play for this prestigious agency. In 2001 Paco decided to leave house music moving closer to Techno. From then on Paco ́s career has gotten better and better, leading him to the best clubs and festivals in the world and giving him a ’seat’ in the techno scene.

In 1991, Shirazinia “Dubfire” and fellow DC resident Sharam Tayebi formed Deep Dish, a DJ and production duo that became notable for their productions and DJ sets. Shirazinia and Tayebi established Deep Dish Records, and they went on to win a Grammy in 2002 for their remix of Dido’s “Thank You.” Following their successes as Deep Dish, both Shirazinia and Tayebi began to produce and DJ individually.

Shirazinia used his long-time stage name “Dubfire” for his solo productions. Shirazinia’s solo sound differs noticeably from that of Deep Dish, consisting of minimal, techno, and house instead of the predominantly progressive house sound of Deep Dish. His production I Feel Speed, which is a cover of an obscure Love & Rockets song, features his own vocals. Shirazinia also sings in In Love With a Friend on Deep Dish’s debut album. I Feel Speed has appeared in the advertisement of the Volkswagen Eos.

In 2007, Shirazinia announced the launch of his new record label, Science + Technology Digital Audio, also known simply as SCI + TEC.[1] The label, which began as an outlet for Dubfire’s original productions, is now home to a roster of globally based artists.

If creativity could be bottled and sold, Victor Calderone would be wealthy beyond comprehension. The multi-talented master of musical manipulation has helped redefine the role of the American DJ in recent years, and, in the process, has amassed an impressive array of artistic accomplishments. Equally adept both in the studio and in front of live audiences, Victor is a veritable virtuoso who has inspired, enthralled and entertained legions of sonic savvy devotees around the world. His expertise and imagination transcend conventional expectations allowing him to effortlessly bridge the gap between multiple genres of music and generations of listeners.

Introduced to New York nightlife at the impressionable age of 15 by his older brother Cesar, Victor quickly developed an intense passion for dance music that would form the foundation for the Brooklyn native’s remarkable career. His first taste of success came less than a decade later when Sire Records’ Seymour Stein signed Program Two, Victor’s techno production partnership, to a record deal in 1991. The relationship fizzled after just one album, though, prompting Victor to reevaluate his musical future.

After a self-imposed hiatus during which Victor explored non-musical business ventures, he found his way back to the beat in 1996 when Athena, the woman who would eventually become his wife, encouraged him to return to the studio to create his first solo record, “Give It Up.” This signature hard-house anthem and its explosive follow-up, “Beat Me Harder,” both topped the Billboard dance charts, unleashing the meteoric Calderone phenomenon. Further inspired by New York’s then-thriving club scene, Victor landed gigs spinning at high-profile parties on Fire Island and at legendary NYC nightclubs Limelight and Life, eventually leading to career-defining residencies at both Roxy in New York and Liquid in Miami. Then, just when he thought things couldn’t get any better, Madonna called in 1998 and asked, “So, do you want to remix my first single? Intrigued by Victor’s innovative musical vision and sophisticated style, Madonna bestowed upon him the ultimate compliment – the opportunity to remix, “Frozen,” the lead single from her acclaimed “Ray of Light” album. “She, as an artist, understands better than anybody the need to just let people do their thing, and that’s the way she’s worked with me,” Victor proudly explains. “She just sends me the vocal and she doesn’t give me any guidelines. She just tells me to do my thing.” Victor has since remixed nine other records for Madonna and has established an unprecedented professional and personal rapport with the Grammy-award winning artist.

Standing out among the many highlights of his extraordinary career is Victor’s experience working with Sting. Acting on Madonna’s recommendation that he ask Victor to remix “Desert Rose,” the second single from his 1999 “Brand New Day” album, the British rocker not only called Victor to remix the record (something he had never done before with his music), but even went into the studio with him to re-record the vocals to match the remixed song’s new dance-oriented rhythm. The song spent an impressive 80 weeks on the Billboard dance charts including nine consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Hot Dance Music/Maxi-Singles Sales chart.

I look forward to working with him again.” - StingFew DJs or producers have achieved the level of success that Victor has so diligently earned, and membership in this elite club definitely has its privileges. Spared from the stress of pounding the pavement in search of work and the proverbial first big break, Victor now enjoys the luxury of carefully choosing each new project from a multitude of exciting offers. This rare creative freedom has also encouraged him to create more of his own original material. Following the success of 1999’s “Do It Properly,” a joint venture with Grammy-winning remixer Peter Rauhofer, featuring C&C Music Factory vocalist Deborah Cooper, Victor once again enlisted Cooper’s dynamic talents in 2001 to record the #1 Billboard mega-hit “Are You Satisfied,” a record he both co-wrote and produced.

While it is nearly impossible to capture the essence of a live performance on a 74-minute CD, compilations do allow DJs to portray the music of the moment in a practical format that can reach even the most remote listeners. As part of a multi-record deal with Tommy Boy Music, Victor released his first beatmix CD, “E=VC2,” in 1999. Volume 2 followed in 2001 with sales and popularity of both compilations far exceeding all expectations. A third installment is forthcoming that promises to be darker and more progressive than its predecessors.

Victor’s studio work may have jump-started his career, but it’s his live performances that truly showcase his boundless energy and mastery of the turntables. “DJing is a major release for me; it’s something I need in my life,” he insists. “It goes hand-in-hand with the production work and the studio work. If you’re going to be producing dance music, you’ve got to be out there playing it and be in the clubs, so it’s very important to me.”

Victor also understands and appreciates the importance of continually evolving as an artist. While he still enjoys remixing and playing select mainstream records, audiences will notice a distinct difference during his future live sets. Relying less on the diva house vocal anthems that dominated many of his past performances, Victor has reinvented his musical style and will now treat listeners to an edgier and more progressive sound. He will also focus on producing more original underground tracks to compliment his latest transformation.

Shortly after leaving his three-and-a-half year residency at Roxy in May of 2001 to explore other creative avenues, Victor staged his most ambitious spectacular to date. Dubbed “Caligula: A Roman Orgy” and presented during Gay Pride Weekend in New York City, this massive dance party was held at the Hammerstein Ballroom and featured, among others, performances by Cyndi Lauper, Deborah Cooper and a 50-piece orchestra that played Brainbug’s “Nightmare” and Tim Rex’s “Relentless” live for 5,000 appreciative fans. Caligula boldly raised the bar for future events and will now be held annually the last weekend of June.

Victor expanded his rÈsumÈ in 2001 with bimonthly residencies at Stereo in Montreal, Canada and Tribal Sessions in Manchester, England. He also traveled overseas for performances at TLV in Tel Aviv, Israel, Cuvo Paradiso in Mykonos, Greece and L’Enser in Paris, France. He has also arranged the music for the past several Dolce & Gabbana runway fashion shows in Milan, Italy. At home in the United States, Victor spins monthly at Crobar in Miami’s South Beach, occasionally travels for special events around the country and is patiently waiting for the right opportunity to resume a residency in New York City.

Despite his many professional accomplishments, Victor still has some dreams to fulfill, particularly his desire to work on motion picture soundtracks. He is also currently working in the studio with a female vocalist he recently discovered to help develop her burgeoning career while further exploring the down-tempo side of electronic music. Victor’s Sensory Mix of Madonna’s “Don’t Tell Me” and his Calderone & Quayle Dark Side Mix of “What It Feels Like For A Girl,” both experiments in ambient electronica, garnered critical acclaim and impressed Madonna so much that she featured his version of the latter song on her Drowned World Tour.

Because his talent is so prominent, it is easy to forget that Victor Calderone’s career achievements are also the result of his true spirit of determination, as well as his dedication to perfection and persistence in an ultra-competitive industry. His many years of hard work and monumental success are only overshadowed by his sincerity, modesty, unwavering commitment to his craft and fierce devotion to his countless fans. A profoundly influential and inspirational talent, Victor has entertained millions of people, generously donated to charitable causes and earned the utmost respect of his peers, all while boldly pushing the universal limits of originality and ingenuity.

George Morel has earned worldwide recognition spreading his unique blend of House music in legendary nightclubs to dance audiences around the world. During the summer 2003 and 2004, Morel was invited to have a headline residency in Ibiza at Privilege becoming an overnight success and the third best night for the club following the infamous Manumission and the very local Balearic People. Coming back to Ibiza in 2005 at a brand new club called Penelope in honor to Morel and his record label Groove On. Morel has also appear in Ibiza as a guest DJ at Pacha, Amnesia, El Divino and Space for Manumission’s Carry On.Morel had his first experience with turntables at the age of thirteen playing at neighborhood parties in his native New York. Later on, he became a regular at some of New York’s most notorious nightspots such as Red Zone, Palladium, Traxs and Save The Robots. These experiences led to his first production in 1989, with the late David Cole of C+C Music Factory, ” Our Love Is Over” (featuring Dee Halloway) soon after in 1990, he produced and wrote ’Wiggle It” by 2 In A Room, which became an overnight global success, leading him to his first gold record. That same year, Morel began full-time collaboration with C+C Music Factory working on arrangements and edits for Mariah Carey, C+C Music Factory and Lisa Lisa. These partnerships led to four gold records, 3M tape award and one platinum record within two years.In 1992, Morel became the Vice President of A&R at Strictly Rhythm Records. At which time, he also took on the position of âIn-Houseâ Producer and Write for the label. During his seven years at Strictly Rhythm , he worked with producers and artist such as Mood 2 Swing, Felix Da House Cat, Erick Morrillo, Sandy Rivera (K.O.T.) , DJ Pierre, Roy Davis Jr., Barbara Tucker, CeCe Rogers, Roland Clark and Ultra Nate, as well as many other producers, recording artist to name and of-course his infamous releases Morelâs Groove Volumes creating his own style and sound ahead of time Morelâs hard work and dedication was celebrated with some additional several Billboard Music Awards, another gold record and the worldwide recognition success of the dance label Strictly Rhythm Records.Later in 1998, Morel took a step further by combining his musical experience and savvy business knowledge to form his company Groove On Productions and label Groove On Records. In addition to his productions Morel is also one of the voters for the Grammy remixed category. Morel also participated in several DJ tours and Parades worldwide including Carmel Air Rave which featured a chartered plane from Germany To Greece, making Morel the only DJ that has ever played on a plane; Reebok DJ Tour, Puskin Vodka DJ Tour, Ministry of Sound in Germany Tour, MTV DJ Tour, Coca Cola DJ-Culture Tour, Ritmo De Bacardi, eight consecutive years at the infamous Love Parade in Berlin, Rock In Rio (Brazil), Street Parade (Switzerland) and City Parade (Belgium). In march 2009 was guest at WMC (Winter Music Conference) with his “live act”, in the “talent sessions” from around the world. Fabiano Bion has been scheduled in the official programme of the WMC. Fabiano Bion played in the best clubs in Italy and the world famous City Hall, Club 242 and Fellini in Barcellona (SP), to Zucker in Bremen (DE) and Pincode in Tessin (CH). Fabiano achieved a fairly good success in Bulgary, thanks to the attending for three years at the S.E.E.M.E. (South - East European Electronic Music Festival) in Sofia, where he’s been invited to play at the promo sets and officials parties of the festival. Then he plays in the best clubs of Bulgary from Cacao Beach (Sunny Beach - Black Sea), Plazma (Plovdiv) to Escape (Sofia)and Biju (Pleven). Fabiano Bion is part of “Big Box” project, started in 2008 from the meeting of djs from Spain and Italy. The goal of Big Box is to promote the exchange of different european realities and musical scenes in order to grow up everybody experience. Fabiano Bion is also part of Emokey with Stevie Hawk dj. The project’s intent is to performe in an alternative way with two djs in consolle mixing their own songs, loops and beats making every time a unique set and eyes-catching effect. Fabiano Bion’s first Ep is “Unquiet Living” (DJRevenge) and contains the tracks Unquiet Living and Happy Birds. This latter has been featured on Trackitdown.net. The second work of Fabiano Bion is “Happy Birthday Barbie Ep” (Seta Label) with the tracks: Happy Birthday Barbie, Minishoes, KaKao and The Power Of Papaya. “Minishoes” has been selected for a compilation mixed for the specialized magazine DJMag while “Kakao” has been for many weeks in the top list of the Italian Label Chart.
